Tallgrass x Project Nerd Interview

Michael 'Quess' Moore & Jason R.A. Foster sat down with PN's Dane Mychal for a discussion of their documentary feature Many Fires This Time: We the 100 Million, which screened at Tallgrass Film Festival and received Honorable Mention for the festival's inaugural Gordon Parks Award for Black Excellence in Filmmaking. Quess & Jason discuss the origins of the project and their unique approach to filming it, which involves using poetry performances to document some of the most urgent yet fixable problems plaguing impoverished communities and peoples throughout the nation.
